Itinerary

Day 1

Depart Canada

Overnight flight to Osaka’s Kansai International Airport. 

Day 2

Welcome to Osaka

Upon your arrival at Kansai International Airport, you’ll proceed through customs and immigration, collect your luggage and take the airport shuttle to your hotel (please arrange accordingly).

Upon arrival at your hotel, you’ll check in and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure.

Day 3

Osaka – Nara – Osaka

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you to Nara, a city known for its rich history, cultural heritage and iconic landmarks.

Your adventure begins at Todai-ji Temple, a true symbol of Japan’s past, home to the awe-inspiring Great Buddha. After taking in its grandeur, you’ll continue to Nara Park, where deer roam freely, creating a charming and memorable experience.

Later on, you’ll return to Osaka to explore the historic Osaka Castle, an architectural masterpiece steeped in samurai history.

Finally, you'll be dropped off at Dotonbori, a vibrant entertainment district known for its dazzling neon lights, bustling atmosphere and mouthwatering street food (return transfer to your hotel is included).

    Enjoy a visit to this UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of Japan's most iconic and historically significant temples. Known for housing the Great Buddha (Daibutsu), this temple is a masterpiece of ancient Japanese architecture and stands as a symbol of Japan’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage.

  • Nara Park

    Explore one of the oldest parks in Japan, famous for its free-roaming deer and cultural landmarks, like the Todai-ji Temple.

  • Osaka Castle

Day 4

Osaka

Today is wide open for you to discover Osaka at your own pace. You might decide to visit iconic landmarks, such as the Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine, take a stroll through Nakanoshima Park or visit the Umeda Sky Building for breathtaking views of Osaka’s skyline.

  • Kansai Culture Day Tour (Traditional lunch included)

    The highlights:

    • Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, with thousands of tall bamboo plants.
    • The “Bamboo Alley,” one of Kyoto’s most photographed sights.
    • Fushimi Inari-Taisha Shrine, one of the most sacred and impressive landmarks.
    • Torii Gates,  great for photo opportunities along the ancient street.
    • A unique tea ceremony and Wakashi (confection) making experience.

    At the end of this excursion, you’ll return to your vehicle for a relaxing journey back to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 5

Osaka – Kyoto – Nagoya – Hamamatsu

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you on an exciting journey towards Hamamatsu.

On your way, you will stop in Kyoto to visit Kinkakuji (also known as the Golden Pavilion), followed by a visit to the religious complex of Higashi Hongan-ji.

Afterwards, you will be transferred to Kyoto Station, offering a fantastic opportunity to take photos of the iconic Kyoto Tower. You’ll also have some free time to enjoy lunch (at your own expense).

Note: Your coach transfer will leave from Kyoto to Nagoya and will wait for you there. Your luggage will be left on board the coach while you continue with your program.

In the afternoon, you’ll ride the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Kyoto to Nagoya Station, where the coach will be waiting for you to continue with the last stop of today’s program, a visit to the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology.

Afterwards, you will be transferred to Hamamatsu. Upon arrival at your hotel, proceed to check in and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Hamamatsu – Gotemba – Oshino Village – Fujinomiya City – Fuji

After breakfast, your tour guide will lead you on today’s exciting adventure. Begin your day with a visit to Gotemba Peace Park, where you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of Mount Fuji and the serene Oshino Hakkai.

Next, explore the Sengenjinja Shrine before enjoying a scenic cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, surrounded by stunning natural beauty.

Afterward, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Hamamatsu, where a rich cultural experience and a delicious dinner buffet await.

The evening is free for you to relax and explore at your leisure.

Day 7

Fuji – Tokyo

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you to Meiji Shrine, a serene sanctuary in the heart of Tokyo. Next, you’ll head to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the bustling cityscape.

Afterward, you’ll explore the historic Sensō-ji Temple (Asakusa Kannon Temple) before immersing yourself in a vibrant shopping experience along the famous Nakamise Shopping Street, lined with traditional souvenirs and local treats ($).

The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy at leisure or join an optional activity.

Tokyo

Enjoy a day at your leisure to explore bustling Tokyo at your own pace. Visit a museum or indulge in some retail therapy at Tokyo’s cutting-edge stores. Alternatively, you may join an optional day trip.

Tokyo – Hong Kong

After your breakfast and check-out, your transfer will take you to Tokyo’s international airport for your flight to Hong Kong International Airport.

Note: Your local guide will confirm the exact Tokyo airport name at the destination.

Upon arrival in Hong Kong, please clear customs and immigration, then collect your luggage and proceed to the exit. Airport-to-hotel transfer is not included and should be arranged independently at your own expense. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 10

Hong Kong

Enjoy a full day at your own pace in this dynamic city, complete with towering skyscrapers, bustling street markets and serene harbour views. Visit iconic landmarks like Victoria Peak and the Star Ferry, indulge in world-class dining, or simply soak up the city’s unique energy and culture.

This evening, your adventure continues with a captivating sunset cruise across Victoria Harbour, as you watch the city’s iconic skyline take on a golden glow.

Afterwards, you will be transferred back to the meeting point. The rest of the evening is at your leisure.

Note: Transfers from your hotel to the meeting point, and from the meeting point back to your hotel after the sunset cruise, are not included.

Hong Kong

Savour your last full day with the freedom to explore at your own pace. Stroll through vibrant neighbourhoods, pick up last-minute treasures at bustling markets or indulge in the city’s renowned culinary delights. Take in sweeping views from Victoria Peak, wander along the iconic harbourfront or simply relax and soak up the city’s unique blend of East and West. However you choose to spend it, this final day is your chance to create lasting memories before your journey home.

Hong Kong - Canada

After breakfast and check-out, your transfer will take you to the Hong Kong International Airport to catch your flight back home.
