Itinerary
Day 1
Depart Canada
Overnight flight to El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá, Colombia.
Day 2
Welcome to Bogotá
Upon arrival at El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá, you will be required to clear customs and immigration. Once cleared, a local representative will greet you with an Air Canada Vacations sign and escort you to your private transfer to your hotel for an early check-in. Enjoy the rest of the morning at leisure.
Day 3
Bogotá - Sopó - Bogotá
After an early breakfast, your private transfer will take you to Bogotá’s Salitre Bus Terminal, where you will board a comfortable bus for a scenic 7-hour journey to Mesetas.
Upon arrival, a local representative will welcome you at the Mesetas’ bus terminal and will walk you to the registrant office, where you will begin your adventure in the Meta region.
Upon registration is completed, you will then be transferred to your lodge to check-in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 4
Bogotá - Mesetas
After an early breakfast, this magnificent nature journey continues with a *7-hour Cañon del río Güejar tour, with rafting. Crossing the canyon of the Güejar River by raft amidst the natural landscape, the wonderful waterfalls, and the majestic rock formations makes this activity a true experience full of magical realism.
*Duration may vary depending on the weather and operational constraints on the ground.
Upon completion of the tour, you will be transferred back to the lodge for dinner. Enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure!

Cañon del Río Güejar Tour
The day begins with a warm welcome at Mesetas Meta headquarters. From here, visitors will be transferred to the boarding point, where they’ll receive a technical briefing on safety procedures and activities that will be carried out during the tour. The whitewater rafting tour begins at 10 a.m. and lasts approximately 6 hours. Along the way, visitors can participate in various activities, such as kayaking for 17 kilometres on the Guatiquía River, where visitors can enjoy the rapids and waterfalls. Mesetas is also a birdwatching paradise, so visitors can see a wide variety of species, such as toucans, parrots, and hummingbirds. The tour includes stops at several waterfalls, where visitors can swim and take photos and a magical Fairy Valley Walk, where water droplets seem to fall in slow motion.
Return to the Mesetas Meta headquarters for lunch.

After an early breakfast, get ready to dive into adventure with an exhilarating tubing experience through the stunning Cafre Canyon.
Upon completion of the tour, you will be transferred back to the lodge for dinner. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure!

Upon arrival at Bogotá’s Salitre Bus Terminal, a private driver will be waiting with an Air Canada Vacations sign to escort you to your hotel, where you can relax and enjoy the evening at your leisure.

Medellín - San Jerónimo - Santa Fe de Antioquia - Medellín
After an early breakfast, your private transfer will take you on a 45-minute scenic drive along the serene and less-traveled old road towards the elevated splendor of Boquerón, where you will embark on a thrilling bike ride and explore breathtaking landscapes and captivating views. Immerse yourself in nature, feel the fresh breeze, and marvel at panoramas that awaken your senses.
A delicious lunch awaits in Santa Fe de Antioquia, after which you'll continue this thrilling adventure. Upon completion of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day your way!

Mountain Bike Tour
At an altitude of 2,650 metres above sea level, Boquerón marks the starting point of our cycling tour. The descent leads us to the charming town of San Jerónimo, then onto Santa Fe de Antioquia. Upon arrival, indulge in a leisurely lunch and take a stroll through the cobblestone streets. Immerse yourself in the rich history of Santa Fe de Antioquia and gain insights into its colonial past. The way will lead to the iconic Puente de Occidente. End the adventure with panoramic views of the area.
