Please be advised of upcoming renovations at Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia and Royalton Saint Lucia 

Beginning August 4 through December 3, 2025, a carefully phased enhancement plan will be implemented at both properties, focusing on a limited number of suites and select shared areas. All work has been thoughtfully scheduled in rotation to avoid disruption, ensuring that services, amenities, and the overall guest experience remain fully intact throughout the process.

From August 4 through November 6, 2025, a room refresh project will take place in staggered stages across both properties, focusing on select swim-out suites aimed at enhancing comfort and refreshing the overall design. Renovations will occur in phases, with approximately 10 to 14 rooms refreshed at a time within each building, ensuring minimal impact on the guest experience.

Subsequent phases will include updates to key shared spaces, all thoughtfully planned to elevate the overall guest experience. These include:

Dining & Bars: With 8 dining venues and 9 bars across both properties, all outlets will remain operational throughout the renovation period, with only one restaurant or bar undergoing enhancements at a time.

At Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia, Aquarius Bar will be the first outlet enhanced, with evening service seamlessly relocated to Hideaway Bar. Dorado Restaurant will follow, with breakfast and lunch temporarily offered at Hideaway Grill, and dinner service moved to Sky Terrace, complemented by rotating beachfront BBQs on select evenings.

At Royalton Saint Lucia, Sands Beach Bar and Grazie Italian Trattoria will undergo upgrades; during this time, Grazie’s menu will be served to adult Diamond Club™ guests at Dorado, while pizza will continue to be available as a takeaway option.

Common Areas: Adjustments to the Convention Center, Entertainment Theater, Diamond Club™ lounge terrace, and guest restrooms will be carried out gradually with no impact on daily service.

Outdoor Amenities: Enhancements to select outdoor features will be carried out in stages, including upgrades to the Hideaway beach area, the water sports desk, and pool cabanas, which will be updated one unit at a time overnight while the remaining cabanas stay available for guest use. Guests will also continue to enjoy full access to pools and beach areas throughout.

Throughout the project, all amenities and services will continue to operate as usual, and the teams on-site are fully prepared to maintain the comfort and satisfaction of guests.

There is no cash reimbursement if unused. Resort Credit promotion is not combinable with other credits, discounts, or promotions unless specifically indicated.
